Paul is a premier corporate lawyer and strategic advisor with over 20 years' experience helping Perth-based junior explorers navigate the complex world of capital raisings and compliance in the ASX microcap space (<$300M market capitalisation).
Junior explorers face a unique challenge. They need a sophisticated legal and governance structure, but must remain lean and agile. Paul bridges this gap by drawing on nearly a decade of in-house experience as General Counsel & Company Secretary for multiple ASX-listed businesses.
